The Broker shall be protected for a period of 90 days from the date of registration. A reasonable extension period must be documented in writing upon request. A commission of 3% shall be paid on the total lease for the initial term. The Leasing Agent for GVA Detroit shall manage the transaction in its entirety from the Lease Agreement through Occupancy. The extent of the Broker’s participation is at their professional discretion. All contractual agreements shall be drafted using only GVA Detroit documentation. All related appointments or meetings shall be conducted within the offices of GVA Detroit. The Commission shall be paid in full within 15 days of endorsing the Lease Agreement.
