tenant representation ONLINE REFERRAL FORM   client referral rules GVA Detroit shall be the exclusive representative for the above named Client and you and your company shall not have any further responsibilities to the Client, nor shall you receive any compensation, other than the specified referral fee from GVA Detroit, for locating property suitable to the Client.   If the Client enters into a Lease Agreement or Purchase Agreement within two years of this agreement, a referral fee of 20% of our earned commission shall be paid to your Broker within 15 days after GVA Detroit receives the earned commission.   The Broker for GVA Detroit shall manage the transaction in its entirety from the Property Search through Occupancy. You and your company shall have no further participation in the transaction.   All contractual agreements shall be drafted by and using only GVA Detroit documentation. All related appointments or meetings shall be conducted within the offices of GVA Detroit.   GVA Detroit reserves the right to turn away this referral if after interviewing Client we feel we are not able to represent the best interest of the Client.
