REQUEST PROCEDURES
 
We pride ourselves in providing the most professional services possible to our tenants. Below is the link to our Property Maintenance Request Form. You may use this form to notify us of any maintenance issues. After you submit the form, you will receive written notification that your request was received.
 
If you prefer to contact us by phone, please call Brett at 248.860.9941. Please note that you will most likely reach Brett’s voicemail. Please leave a message. Brett will follow up with all non-emergency items within 48 hours. Emergency items will be addressed as quickly as possible.

Emergencies are usually confined to plumbing, heating, electrical and water leakage in the unit. In certain instances you may incur a service charge if the item is determined not to be an emergency.
 
Emergency items include:
  • Total loss of heat
  • Total loss of electricity
  • Plumbing leaks that require the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Total loss of water
  • Total sewage stoppage
  • Or any situation that endangers the occupants of the unit
Tenant’s Responsibility
 
As outlined in your lease agreement or welcome package, the following items are the tenant’s responsibility and will not be addressed by the Property Manager. Some services, as indicated by *, may be available to Tenants for a fee.
  • Lightbulb replacement*
  • Cleaning*
  • Leaking faucets and other minor plumbing issues*
